FameNow - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the FameNow mobile application ("App") developed by MoeInsight ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using FameNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use FameNow, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 FameNow Pro Subscription

FameNow offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: Billed monthly for unlimited access
Quarterly Plan: Billed every 3 months for unlimited access
Annual Plan: Billed yearly for unlimited access

4.2 Pro Features Include:

Unlimited posts per day (free users: 1 per day)
Unlimited live streaming (free users: 1 per day)
Unlimited chats (free users: 5 per day)
Unlimited task messages (free users: 3 per day)

4.3 Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iTunes Account Settings
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

6. Reporting and Blocking

FameNow provides tools to report inappropriate content and block users or posts. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in FameNow, including AI-generated characters, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MoeInsight or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoeInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FameNow.

10. Service Availability

FameNow requires an active internet connection. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for connectivity issues or data charges from your mobile provider.

We may update FameNow periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You agree to accept such updates to continue using the service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FameNow at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MoeInsight operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
